Your mission

Canteen Operations & Inventory Management

  • Organise and manage the daily operations of our company canteen, including the preparation and provision of food and beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing requirements and order food, beverages and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
Service Provider Coordination & Meeting Support
  • Communicate and coordinate with food suppliers, catering companies and other external service providers.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for internal meetings, corporate events and business customer visits.
  • Organise refreshments and catering services and provide operational support during meetings and events.
Office Cleaning & Facility Services
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance activities in office areas, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities and common areas.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and coordinate the replenishment of necessary materials.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damage or required repairs.
Company Apartment Management & Expatriate Support
  • Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of company apartments in Krefeld, generally once per week.
  • Assist with furnishing and equipping new apartments, including kitchen utensils, furniture and household essentials.
  • Prepare apartments for employee move-ins and move-outs, including inventory and condition checks.
  • Support international employees (expatriates) during their move-in process, including key handovers and introductions to apartment facilities.
  • Monitor compliance with company housing policies and document any identified issues or deviations.

Your profile

  • Ideally, some previous experience in cleaning services, hospitality, housekeeping, catering or facility services.
  • Career changers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are explicitly welcome.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently, carefully and systematically.
  • Friendly, professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Reliability, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn different operational processes and take on a variety of responsibilities.
  • Good German language skills for internal communication and coordination with service providers.
  • English language skills are an advantage due to our international working environment, but are not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills or willingness to learn simple digital ordering and documentation procedures.
