- Conduct technical product training for customers, dealers, service partners and internal teams on our MEWP products, particularly aerial work platforms and telehandlers
- Provide technical expertise on machine functions, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair
- Plan and conduct hands-on training directly on our machines, as well as digital training sessions and webinars
- Create and continuously develop training materials, technical training documentation and presentations in German and English
- Support our European service organization in building and further developing technical product knowledge
- Ensure an efficient transfer of technical know-how between our headquarters and product teams in China and our European markets
- Work closely with Aftersales, Service, Product Management and Engineering on technical topics and new product developments
- Analyze training needs and continuously develop and improve our training concepts and content
- Support new product launches by providing technical training for internal teams, dealers and service partners

Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, construction equipment mechanic, electronics technician, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a degree in a technical field
- Strong practical knowledge of hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems and mechanics, ideally related to aerial work platforms, telehandlers, material handling equipment or construction machinery
- Previous experience in technical training, professional education or knowledge transfer is an advantage
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, practical and audience-oriented manner
- Confident and professional communication with customers, dealers and international colleagues
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage but not required
