- Responsibility for the operational HR support from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensuring smooth and legally compliant HR administration (contracts, certificates, master data maintenance).
- Independent execution and support of payroll accounting in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Processing and coordination of visa, residence, and work permit matters for international employees.
- Documentation of all relevant HR processes as well as ensuring data quality in HR systems.
- Close cooperation with our Headquarter as well as external authorities and service providers.
