- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Credit Department at XCMG Finance
- Review and assessment of new financing transactions, including the establishment of borrower groups and the preparation of concise financial statement analyses
- Preparation of credit recommendations and voting proposals for submission to the Managing Directors
- Management, monitoring, and renewal of existing financing portfolios
- Active contribution to the development of new credit products and lending processes as part of the continued growth of XCMG Finance, including the planned expansion into new markets such as Spain
- Execution of project-related special assignments and evaluation of new business opportunities
- Leadership, coaching, and development of team members (currently one direct report, with the team in a growth phase)

Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification, combined with at least five years of experience in the credit department of a bank, savings bank, leasing company, or other financial institution
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, particularly in the areas of leasing, hire purchase, rental financing, and factoring, as well as experience with rating and credit scoring systems
- Extensive experience with MaRisk requirements and their application in credit risk management and rating processes
- Solid expertise in financial statement and creditworthiness analysis, or a strong willingness to further develop these competencies
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, high level of risk awareness, sound judgment, and confident decision-making skills
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage, or a clear ambition to develop into a leadership role in the medium term
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident professional presence, and enthusiasm for helping shape a growing and innovative company
