Warehouse & Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

You ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations and help keep materials and products moving efficiently throughout the company.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
  • Checking deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Recording goods receipts in the ERP / warehouse management system
  • Preparing materials for storage or quality inspection
  • Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
  • Picking and providing materials for production and shipping
  • Packing and preparing goods for shipment
  • Creating shipping documents
  • Ensuring cleanliness, structure, and organization in the warehouse
  • Working closely with production, quality management, and shipping teams

Your profile

  • First experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or material handling
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Hands-on mentality and physical resilience
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good German language skills
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Experience in a production or industrial environment is an advantage
  • Technical understanding is beneficial
