Manage contract administration in the leasing sector, including reviewing, recording, maintaining, and processing contract amendments during the contract term.
Prepare, review, and send outgoing leasing invoices and ensure proper posting in the internal software system.
Monitor and post incoming payments, and handle dunning processes, including drafting and sending reminder letters.
Manage and maintain new and existing customer relationships within leasing contract management and ensure efficient processing throughout the entire contract term.

Your profile
Completed commercial training in banking or equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of professional experience in contract administration and management in the leasing or construction machinery sector.
Solid knowledge in leasing contract administration and/or credit assessment.
Excellent German and English skills; Italian and Spanish are a plus.
