Sales Specialist (f/m/x) in Italy - Earthmoving Equipment

Your mission

Support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement
Collaborate with the technical team to assist in organizing product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and end customers
Maintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and support ongoing business opportunities
Collect and report information on market trends, competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer feedback to support commercial decisions

Your profile

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent proven experience in the earthmoving industry
3-5 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industrial sectors
Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Solid market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support customers effectively
Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
