Regional Sales Manager Scandinavia – MEWP (m/f/x)

Your mission
  • Develop and expand the XCMG MEWP market across Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)

  • Acquire new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners

  • Build direct customer relationships with rental companies, construction firms, industrial clients and service partners

  • Represent XCMG at regional trade fairs, customer events, on-site demonstrations and product testing sessions

  • Drive strategic growth of profitable MEWP categories (scissor lifts, boom lifts, electric and hybrid platforms)

  • Support the rollout of new electric and lithium-powered MEWP models in the Scandinavian market

  • Ensure long-term dealers maintain adequate stock and demo units to support regional growth

  • Collaborate closely with Chinese senior management, including monthly meetings and optional customer visits to Xuzhou

Your profile
  • Proven track record in MEWP sales, preferably with experience in dealer and rental networks

  • Based in Scandinavia with willingness to travel extensively across the region (approx. 70–80%)

  • Experience working with international OEMs in the access equipment or construction machinery sector

  • Solid technical understanding of MEWPs; experience with electric drive systems is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage

  • Self-driven, structured and reliable working style with strong negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong market knowledge in the Nordic rental and construction equipment landscape

  • Experience representing products at exhibitions, customer demos and roadshows
