- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry, preferably with experience in large-scale projects
- Established customer network with proven ability to expand market presence
- Familiarity with different types of cranes, their technical specifications, applications, and market trends
- Strong sales skills, including customer acquisition, needs analysis, solution development, price negotiation, and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel
