Durchführung fundierter Marktanalysen und Ableitung von Produktanforderungen für Europa
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien für konventionelle und elektrifizierte Gabelstapler
Ausarbeitung technischer Produktspezifikationen in Zusammenarbeit mit F&E und internationalen Partnern
Planung und Steuerung von Produkteinführungsstrategien inkl. Preisgestaltung und Positionierung
Laufende Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Ableitung technischer sowie strategischer Maßnahmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik, Marketing und dem internationalen Headquarter

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Mindestens 8–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Manager, idealerweise bei Linde oder in vergleichbaren Unternehmen im Bereich Gabelstapler
Umfassende Marktkenntnisse des europäischen Flurförderzeug-Marktes
Fundiertes technisches Wissen über konventionelle und elektrifizierte Maschinenlösungen
Strategisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigeninitiative und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, auch in internationalen Teams
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (technisch und kaufmännisch)

Your mission

Conduct in-depth market analyses and define product requirements for the European market
Develop and implement product strategies for both conventional and electrified forklifts
Prepare detailed product specifications in close collaboration with R&D and international partners
Plan and manage product launch strategies, including pricing and positioning
Continuously monitor competitors and derive both technical and strategic measures
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and the international headquarters

Your profile

At least 8–10 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally at Linde or in a comparable company in the forklift industry
In-depth market knowledge of the European material handling equipment sector
Strong technical understanding of both conventional and electrified machinery solutions
Strategic mindset, high level of initiative, and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with international teams
Fluent in technical and business English (written and spoken)
French language skills are a plus; German is helpful but not required
