- Conduct in-depth market analyses and define product requirements for the European market
- Develop and implement product strategies for both conventional and electrified forklifts
- Prepare detailed product specifications in close collaboration with R&D and international partners
- Plan and manage product launch strategies, including pricing and positioning
- Continuously monitor competitors and derive both technical and strategic measures
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and the international headquarters

Your mission
Your profile
- At least 8–10 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally at Linde or in a comparable company in the forklift industry
- In-depth market knowledge of the European material handling equipment sector
- Strong technical understanding of both conventional and electrified machinery solutions
- Strategic mindset, high level of initiative, and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with international teams
- Fluent in technical and business English (written and spoken)
- French language skills are a plus; German is helpful but not required
