Verantwortung für das Management von Broschüren, Printmaterialien, Fotos und POS-Materialien in bis zu 5 Sprachen
Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen Ländergesellschaften und Vertriebspartnern zur Sicherstellung aktueller Marketingmaterialien
Aufbau und Entwicklung einer Marketingmaterialbibliothek
Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines geplanten Webshops inklusive Fulfillment
Enge Abstimmung mit den chinesischen Produktionswerken zur Sicherstellung hochwertiger und aktueller Materialien
Projekte wie Standardisierung der Marketingmaterialien und Implementierung neuer Tools und Prozesse
Direkter Austausch mit unseren Händlern um stets aktuelle Materialversorgung sicherzustellen

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen B2B-Marketing, vorzugsweise in einem chinesischen Unternehmen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Marketingmaterialien (Broschüren, Medien, POS)
Erfahrung im Webshop-Management ist von Vorteil
Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Chinesischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Your mission

Responsibility for the management of brochures, print materials, photos and POS materials in up to 5 languages
Cooperation with European national companies and sales partners to ensure up-to-date marketing materials
Establishment and development of a marketing material library
Management and further development of a planned web shop including fulfilment
Close coordination with the Chinese production plants to ensure high-quality and up-to-date materials
Projects such as standardisation of marketing materials and implementation of new tools and processes
Direct exchange with our dealers to ensure up-to-date material supply at all times

Your profile

Completed studies in marketing or business administration with a focus on marketing
At least 3 years of professional experience in international B2B marketing, preferably in a Chinese company
Sound knowledge in the management of marketing materials (brochures, media, POS)
Experience in webshop management is an advantage
Hands-on mentality and structured, independent way of working
Business fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
