• Greeting and professional reception of guests, clients, and business partners.
• Coordination of our pool vehicles for field service, including key handover, fuel card management, and complete documentation.
• Coordination of cleaning staff as well as external service providers for the canteen and facility maintenance.
• Management and preparation of conference rooms.
• Support in the back office with travel bookings, material orders, as well as overall mail and parcel logistics.
