Service Manager (m/f/x) MEWP EU (South)

Your mission

Responsible for the execution of the service business
Monitoring the quality and process compliance of the service offered
Recognising and reporting service and product quality issues
Working with the team to ensure continuous improvement of the service system
Coordinating the work of the customer service team

Your profile

Expert knowledge of the Mobile Elevated Work Platform industry
Familiarity with MEWP repair and maintenance procedures
Experience as a Service Manager is an advantage
An increased willingness to travel must be given
Very good knowledge of Spanish or Italian and good knowledge of English
