Junior Finance Controller (f/m/x)

Your mission

Prepare monthly and semi-monthly financial reports for the Chinese head office.
Provide ad-hoc reporting to local management in accordance with Chinese and German accounting standards (BWA, HGB and IFRS)
Analyse and monitor internal business performance
Manage cash planning for local entities
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
Collect and provide information as required by Chinese head office
Coordinate between Chinese head office and local accounting teams

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
At least 1 year of experience in finance, audit, accounting or as a controller in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
Knowledge of cash management and planning
Fluent in Chinese and English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
Ability to work effectively with multinational teams
Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
