- Several years of experience with aerial work platforms or similar machines
- Experience in CE standards as an interface between development and production
- Several years of professional experience in project, team and product management in an intercultural context
- Enjoy travelling on business to Chinese and European customers and suppliers
- Results- and customer-orientated way of working and fluency in German and English
