Durch Ihr profundes Verständnis für Kunden- und Marktanforderungen tragen Sie maßgeblich zu unserem Erfolg bei, denn Sie optimieren unsere Entwicklungspotenziale. Das macht Sie zu einer wichtigen Schnittstelle für die Einführung unserer Hubarbeitsbühnen in Europa.
Die Überprüfung bzw. Überarbeitung von TCF Dokumenten (z. B. Betriebs- und Wartungshandbuch, CE-Konformität) sowie die Aktualisierung von Vorschriften und technischen Normen liegt in Ihrer Hand. Sie erkennen und verfolgen Marktentwicklungen selbständig.
Dazu erstellen Sie sowohl Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen als auch Produkt- und Schulungspräsentationen, führen Benchmarking-Tests durch und halten uns mit Informationen und Ideen zu neuen Technologietrends auf dem Laufenden.
Selbstverständlich unterstützen Sie unser Sales & Service Team von der Planung und Umsetzung von Markteinführungskonzepten über das Sammeln von Kundenfeedback bis hin zum technischem Support für Vertrieb und Service vor Ort beim Kunden.
Sie koordinieren und beraten abteilungsübergreifende Ingenieurteams in Bezug auf die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Hubarbeitsbühnen, um deren Einsatz stetig zu verbessern. Das beinhaltet die Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme von multifunktionalen Anwendungen für Hubarbeitsbühnen unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, fertigungstechnischer und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte.

Um als Kandidat für diese Position in Frage zu kommen, ist es absolut notwendig, dass Sie mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit Hubarbeitsbühnen oder ähnlichen Flurförderzeugen haben. Diese haben Sie in der Entwicklung, der Instandhaltung oder im Key Account Management gesammelt.
Sie haben Ihr Studium des Maschinenbaus oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets erfolgreich als Dipl.-Ing., MSc. oder BSc. abgeschlossen.
Sie begeistern uns durch Ihren starken Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit, internationale Zusammenarbeit, Technik, Qualität und Fortschritt.
Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft in den europäischen und ggf. chinesischen Raum, um Kunden und Lieferanten zu besuchen.
Besonderer Fokus auf die Ergebnisse laufender Projekte, Kundenzufriedenheit und Teamgeist mit Ihrer energiegeladenen, zielstrebigen Persönlichkeit, die FORTSCHRITT großschreibt, sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch kommuniziert und es schätzt, als Teil eines internationalen Entwicklungsteams herausragende Ergebnisse vorweisen zu können.

Your mission

Here you create great things:

With your profound understanding of customer and market requirements, you will make a significant contribution to our success, as you optimize our development potential. This makes you an important interface for the introduction of our aerial work platforms to the European market.
The review and revision of TCF documents (e.g. operating and maintenance manuals, CE conformity) as well as the updating of regulations and technical standards lies in your hands. You autonomously identify and follow market developments.
For this purpose, you will prepare market and competitive analyses as well as product and training presentations, carry out benchmarking tests and keep us up to date with information and ideas on new technology trends.
Of course, you will support our Sales & Service team from planning and implementing go-to-market concepts to collecting customer feedback and providing on-site technical support for Sales and Service at customer locations.
You will coordinate and advise cross-departmental engineering teams on the development and optimization of aerial work platforms in order to continuously improve their use. This includes the development and commissioning of multifunctional applications for aerial work platforms - taking into account functional, manufacturing and economic aspects.

Your profile

How to score points with us:

To be considered as a candidate for this position, it is absolutely necessary that you have more than 3 years of experience with aerial work platforms or similar material handling equipment. You have gained this experience in the development or maintenance of the machines or in Key Account Management.
You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering or a related field with a Dipl.-Ing., MSc. or BSc. degree.
You inspire us with your strong focus on customer satisfaction, international cooperation, technology, quality and progress.
Occasional willingness to travel to European and possibly Chinese regions to visit customers and/or suppliers.
Special focus on the results of ongoing projects, customer satisfaction and team spirit with your energetic, determined personality, who values progress, communicates very well in German and English and appreciates being able to demonstrate outstanding results as part of an international development team.
