Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mit uns entwickeln Sie die XCMG User Experience von morgen! Denn Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau von neuen UX-Methoden und -Trends zur Anwendung an Baumaschinen.
  • Diese Entwicklung wird von Ihnen durch unsere UX-Strategie in internationalen Entwicklungsteams vorangetrieben.  
  • Rund um Verhalten, Bedarfskommunikation und –Analyse der Nutzergruppen gestalten Sie die Basis Ihrer Projekte.
  • Dazu führen sie Recherchen zu Designtrends, funktionalen Anforderungen an Baumaschinen und Nutzerbefragungen durch.
  • Aus den Ergebnissen erstellen Sie Benchmarking-Testberichte und bilden die Schnittstelle zu allen internen Abteilungen, die von Ihren Fähigkeiten im UX Design profitieren können.
  • Eins ist klar: Hier werden Sie in der Kommunikation Mensch-Maschine das Baumaschinendesign mit innovativen Konzepten weiterentwickeln und entscheidend prägen.
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium in einem UX-verwandten Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Industriedesign, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Forschung und Entwicklung als UX Ingenieur oder Designer, idealerweise aus dem Baumaschinen oder Automotive Sektor inklusive Cloud-Services, Remote-Control, VR etc.
  • Erfahrungen rund um User Experience, Usability, HMI Design, gepaart mit hervorragenden konzeptionellen und gestalterischen Fähigkeiten
  • Analytische Benchmarking-Fähigkeiten, die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer und Markttrends nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern aus ihnen innovative Konzepte zu entwickeln
  • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gepaart mit sehr guten Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.

Your mission
  • Together with us, you will develop the XCMG user experience of tomorrow! Because you are responsible for the development of new UX methods and trends for application on construction machinery.
  • This development will be driven by you through our UX strategy in international development teams.   
  • All around behavior, needs communication and analysis of user groups you will design the foundation of our common projects.
  • For this purpose, you will conduct research on design trends, functional requirements for construction machinery and user surveys.
  • Based on your results, you will create benchmarking test reports and interface with all internal departments that can benefit from your UX design skills.
  • One thing is clear: Here you will develop and decisively shape construction machine design with innovative concepts in human-machine communication.
Your profile
  • Successfully completed diploma or master's degree in a UX-related field of study with a focus on industrial design, psychology or a similar field of study.
  • Several years of experience in research and development as a UX engineer or designer, ideally from the construction machinery or automotive sector including cloud services, remote control, VR etc.
  • Knowledge around user experience, usability, HMI design, coupled with excellent conceptual and design skills
  • Analytical benchmarking skills to not only understand user needs and market trends, but to develop innovative concepts based on them
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills as well as a confident and friendly demeanor paired with a very good command of spoken and written German or English.
